Our delivery times are between 7-12 working days. With Covid 19, our logisticians are already reaching their limits and deliveries require longer delivery times. For this reason, we optionally offer free shipping for this exceptional situation. We hope you will understand.

If you have received a defective product, you will receive a replacement product. Send us the detailed description and pictures of the defect. Send us the defective product and you will receive a new product for free.

We have four different fulfillment centers in the USA, Canada, Austria and China. Depending on product availability, they are supplied by the respective fulfilment center. The quality is uniform and is regularly checked and improved.

 

Once your order is completed, we need 1-2 business days to process your order and prepare it for the shipping center. If we are out of stock at our nearest location, we ship your order from our main fulfillment center, where we have a large quantity and a large portion of products in stock. Shipping also depends on your location. Please allow 7-12 business days (due to COVID 19 effect) after order processing to receive your package, depending on your location and shipping option. 

Wait within 24 to 48 hours after the order is shipped until the tracking number is fully updated in the postal system. Please make sure that your order is actually on its way and that the package is not delayed and not the status of the tracking number. After this period, you can track your order under Order Tracking.
